Toon Creator Awards by Cartoon Network & HP with Chowder & Ben 10

Yes, you heard it right. There’s a competition that is currently going on since 13-July-2009 and will end on 30-September-2009. It is called Toon Creator Awards, an online animation contest designed just for kids. Yes, you heard it right again. Just for K.I.D.S. with age between 6 and 14 years old. Why don’t they start at 4? Kids nowadays are growing smarter, faster rite? Poor kiddies….So, what is the challenge?
What this aspiring young animator and director need to do is to visit the Cartoon Network website and then after viewing the 5 seconds mini cliffhanger from the selected popular cartoon, they need to create and direct their own ending. The short animated ending clips is to be in 25 seconds. The selected cartoon are from “Ben 10: Alien Force” (most famous I think) and “Chowder“. This contest is a collaboration effort between Cartoon Network and HP. The Grand Prize winner from the overall Asia Pacific region will receive the exclusive HP TouchSmart PC and up to 2 HP desktop PC and a Cartoon Network Digital Pack.
