“Upin & Ipin: Angkasa” Trailer, The Sequel of Geng Movie
Hi guys, if you are one of the Upin and Ipin fans, you might want to check this out. Les’ Copaque just release this trailer of the sequel of “Geng: Pengembaraan Bermula” movie which have been named as “Upin & Ipin: Angkasa“. The film release date is still a long way to go which is on year 2011 (around two years more).

This time, their strategy is to emphasize more on the Upin and Ipin characters since they are the one who are stealing the show from the Geng film and also from the cartoon series shown on TV. That’s why the big, main title is not “Geng” anymore, but “Upin & Ipin“.From what I know, the budget for this movie is higher than the previous one which is RM6 million.
Perhaps, this time a lot of funders and sponsors will approach them since Les’ Copaque has proven their success during the “Geng” movie. If you would like to watch its really, really, really short trailer, you might view at at its Official Website at http://www.upinipinangkasa.com/. Expect a lot of aliens and more funny moments inside this most anticipated movie of 2011. I can’t get enough of it babyyyy

October 24th, 2009 at 9:59 am“Ipin upin” is the lamest show in disney. Can’t believe you bother making the big screen movie.
December 15th, 2009 at 4:34 amThe accent, peasantry living, the conversations, most kids in many parts of the world who get to enjoy the access to disney channel can’t relate anyway. If you want to show adventures available to your local, make it through real living persons or real kids. Then the rest of the world can see you’re being real. Not just trying to be half fancy creating cartoon shows only to end up looking like a joke compared to the rest of the shows avail to the kids these days.
To ray. Disney has been catering to kids for decades. They knew what they’re doing when they picked up the show. Upin & Ipin has the very essence of Disney. Family, friendship, adventure, fantasy and most importantly values you can teach young children. What’s this bull about using real people to show the world we’re being real? Upin & Ipin’s ‘peasantry’ living happened to be what my childhood was like. Happy, dreamy, surrounded by family & friends. Oh, the ‘chiku’ tree in front of my elderly neighbour’s house was my starship and her attic was my mystery cottage. My brother and I with the help of our uncles and aunties made our own toys from recycled materials. In what way is the life portrayed in the series not real? The kids in Upin & Ipin have and create fantasies & secret worlds like most kids around the world do. That’s what kids relate to.
