Art Painting of Torture & Killing of Falun Gong (or Dafa)
Yesterday, we went to Melaka to attend my friend’s wedding. So, since we were there, we went for ‘Jalan-jalan Cari Makan’ too 
One of the event that attracts me is the Art Painting event nearby the Kota A Famosa, Malacca that shows the torturing, killing and brain washing of the Falun Gong members in China.
For your information, Falun Gong or known as Falun Dafa is a practise, method or way to improve the body and mind, which consists of exercises, meditation, and teachings that rooted in ancient Chinese culture. Their three core and simple principles are Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance. The way they practise it is like the slow-moving relaxing Qigong exercise. Hmm..a little bit like Tai Chi if you ask me.
Falun Gong was introduced publicly in China in 1992 and then CCP (Chinese Communist Party) lead by Jiang Zemin made it to be illegal in that country on July 20, 1999. The artworks below are based on what happened to the practitioners that were detained. The description is based on the description that accompany each painting at that show. There is plastic cover on each pictures so that’s why it looks too ‘glossy’.

| ‘Smoke and Ash’ by Wang Zhiping. Prison guards also use hot iron pokers beside iron and cigarettes to torture them until it burn to their bone. Those were used at the prisoners’ private part as well. |

| ‘Torture of a Woman’ by Wang Zhiping. Some female prisoners face horrendous physical and sexual torture by not only prison guards, but prison inmates as well. Some of them have been striped naked and locked into male prison cells. |

| ‘Group Torture’ by Wang Zhiping. The Chinese prison guards and prison inmates worked together to torture the lady. The extreme weights on her lower abdomen severely inhibits the practitioner’s breathing. This resulted in fractures and damages to the vital organs paralysis. |

| ‘Like a Stone’ by Wang Zhiping. Here, sharp bamboo sticks were jammed underneath the practitioners’ fingernails. I bet the pain is really excruciating. |

| ‘Tiger Bench’ by Wang Zhiping. In this torture method, the bricks were stacked beneath the feet while the ropes tied the legs down are pulled taut. This will inflict severe and prolonged pain and bring the legs to the point of breaking. |

| ‘Golden Lotus’ by Shen Daci. This is a true story whereby a young mother named Lixuan Wang and her 7-month-old son were both tortured to death. Based from the autopsy report, the baby had been hung upside down and his skull had been crushed. |
Based on the leaflet that I got there, this scenarios still happen in China. The leaflet also mentions about the Organ Harvesting activity where the captured Falun Gong practitioners get killed and their organs are sold to the highest bidder. Hmm..I’m not sure how far is the truth of this. I’m only interested in the art shows. P/S: If this type of art can bring deeper awareness to the public, maybe the same concept can also be apply to show what the Palestinians have suffered until now from the Zionis and Israel regime. What do you guys think?
perkara ni mendapat perhatian kerajaan dalam tahun 2005 (?). kerajaan malaysia menjalin hubungan dua hala yang baik dengan kerajaan china. oleh itu negara berpendirian tidak campur tangan. risalah2 falun gong pun tak dibenarkan disebarkan

cuma karna jiangzemin takut karna jumlah yang ikut Falun Dafa sangat-sangat banyak maka dia melarang Falun Dafa pake cara2 ga manusiawi seperti yang ada d gambar diatas
gambar2 diatas bukan khayalan, memang terjadi di RRC sampai sekarang
