Aviasi Fantasi, a PTS Comic Book aka Graphic Novel from Afiq & Nazry
![]() |
I would like to congratulate these two brothers, Afiq (Muhamad Afiq Abu Salam) and Nazry (Muhamad Nazry)because recently they were featured in Berita Harian newspaper for their graphic novel works titled “Aviasi Fantasi“ which is published by PTS. The article titled “Pelajar cemerlang PMR mahir lukis komik Mangga” is focusing on Afiq because he scored straight 8As in PMR and also 5As in UPSR but at the same time can develop his own money making machine by drawing comics. Congratulation Afiq!! You should be the Malaysian teen idol!

The modus operandi of this brothers team is like this: Nazry, the older one, will prepare the storyline or synopsis. Later, Afiq the younger one, will start drawing the story on the paper. Usually, Afiq will take around 3 to 4 hours a day to draw and he can finish one page of the comic book within 1 or 2 days. Too long for one page?? Not suprising because of the high level of details that he did for the drawings. You should see the Aviasi Fantasi’s first page to believe. Whatever it is, Afiq will only start drawings after he finished his assignments, homeworks and study routines. That’s really a good motivation for the students out there who would like to also jump into this publication industry. For me, it is more on the time management skills that you possess. The better you are at it, the better you can get the output and result from it. Hmmm…actually, I’m also not good enough with my own time management |

Is it mangga or manga? Mangga is fruit while manga means comic.
Why they said the students draw manga? Isn’t a comic is more than enough? I know japanese manga is good but manga refers to japanese comic.
Since this comic is written and drawn by M’sian, manga should not be used. Those Bharian writer should increase their thinking skill.
