I just come across a list of “Top 100 Comic Book Villains of All Time” based from the IGN survey and research. From what I read this is the latest list which came out at the end of last year 2009. I found out that many resources use this list as the references or use it as the benchmark to produce their own Top 10 or Top 5 list of bad guys in the comics world. Since to list down all the Top 100 might be too long for me, here I just put the list of the villains, baddies and evil that make it to the Top 10 inside the IGN list.
