There is an exciting event happening in town just now. Sadly, I’m not there to witness it sob..sob..sob.. The event called ACGC 2008 which stands for Animation, Comic and Game Convention 2008 are now held in Berjaya Times Square, Malaysia. The event is only two days which are yesterday and today (22nd March 2008 - 23rd March 2008).

Seems there will be a lot of exciting activities going on there such as Game Competition, Cosplay Competition, Art Drawing Competition, Comic or Doujinshi Booth, Artwork Showcase, Talks and Exhibition. I think that if my SERRAM comic is complete, I might rent a booth to sell it for fun Oh, another one more thing. If you are a fan of BEN, the comic artist (you might be familiar with this name if you read Gempak), you can have his autograph there. He likes to draw those beautiful and cute-cute girl. Don’t forget to bring along BEN comics and magazines

It looks like this is a very grand event since there are many involvements from sponsors, organizers and partners that already have big names such as Gempak Starz, PC Gamer, MOL, ANIMAX and Sendi Mutiara Multimedia. This event is also supported and endorsed by MDeC (Multimedia Development Corporation Sdn Bhd). For your information, this event is managed and produced by Leet Games Marketing & Consulting Sdn Bhd. All the agenda and stuff in this event really makes me hunger to go there.
