CAPCOM’s ‘Lost Planet’ Film Adaptation By Warner Bros
![]() |
Latest news for the ‘Lost Planet’ game fan is that there is high possibility that this game will be adapt to movie by Warner Bros. Pictures. The CAPCOM’s Corporate Officer and also Head of Character Contents Business, Mr Toshihiro Tokumaru, mentioned in his interview that the film might cost around USD150 to USD200 million to make. He also revealed that the producer will be Avi Arad. Since he is also the Spiderman’s producer, I bet this might be a high expectation movie. This ‘Lost Planet’ movie script is written by David Hayter. He is also the one who write script for ‘X-Men’ movie and co-writer of ‘X2: X-Men United’ movie. He also provided the English voice for Solid Snake and Naked Snake in the Metal Gear Solid video game series. Very cool huh? I’m pretty jealous of him rite now. For your info, this game is about an expedition to an ice planet. The icy planet harbours an energy source that has a potential to save mankind. Hmm..kinda sound a bit like ‘Lost’ the TV series rite?
