Escape from Cyber World in Tron Legacy Film Trailer
Anybody have watch this new Tron film trailer called “Tron Legacy“? For those who haven’t, maybe you would like to watch it below:
So, what do you think? I find it is quite the same as the original one. I mean the concept and theme of course.
The original Tron was release in 1982. Jeff Bridges as Kevin Flynn in that original movie will reprise his role in the new Tron Legacy movie (or known as Tron 2.0). But this time, he got a son named Sam Flynn (played by Garret Hedlund) that will investigate on his father’s disappearance. Later, Sam also being pulled inside the TRON world of fierce programs and gladitorial games like his father. And his father is already there for 25 damn years!! Now, they must escape this cyber world together as it becoming more dangerous and freakingly scary and deathly. Okey, frankly speaking, when I was watching the original Tron, I always fell asleep. Maybe that time I was still a kid and don’t understand about all this technology and cyber world things. Or maybe because of the 90% dark-black environment in the Tron world. But now I know that this Tron movie is a legend and a cult because it is one of the first Hollywood film that is using computer graphics technology extensively at that time. Perhaps, I will watch the new Tron Legacy film in IMAX to appreciate it better. The release date of this movie will be on 17th December 2010. That’s more than a year to wait! Darn!! |
