The only character that MEGO produced was teh Acroyear (red headed guy). The rest (among others like Princess Marionette) were exclusively created by Marvel for their comic series, and can occasionally still be found bouncing around the Marvel Universe. The green guy, BUG, was part of the Guardians of the Galaxy a few years back, not sure if he still is? Also, those are three publishers you mentioned, but read as one. Marvel had two Micronauts series (Micronauts and Micronauts: The New Voyages), and DDP had at least one run, which was based on the Marvel run, but unable to use any number of the uniquely Marvel characters.
