Sam Raimi & James Vanderbilt on Spiderman 4 Movie with Less Villains?
![]() |
Well guys, it looks like our big brother here, Sam Raimi, the man behind Spiderman movie franchise, is already repent on his mistake in Spiderman 3 and will not repeat it in the new Spiderman 4 movie. Remember the Spiderman 3 movie with a combo of crowded villains, Sandman, son of Green Goblin and Venom? That’s really a sucking and terrible experience for Spiderman fans although the film brought in USD891 million at the global box office.
When asked about the complaints on crowded villains, Sam Raimi responded, “I think having so many villains detracted from the experience. I would agree with the criticism.” I totally agree with you dude!!! From what we understand, he learnt a lot, and truly lot of lessons, tips and storytelling tricks from his underdog horror movie, “Drag Me to Hell“. He now better understands the importance of getting to the point and the importance of having limitations. Okey, I surely cannot get what he means actually. For your info, this man also is The Batman and The Shadow fan. Maybe later we can watch another Batman version directed by him. For the time being, he just better to stick up with Spidey. Hope that James Vanderbilt, the screnwriter for Spiderman 4 and also perhaps Spiderman 5 and Spiderman 6 will not produce something that will hurt Spidey fans. We can only just wish that this new Spiderman 4 movie that will be release in 2011 will not repeat the same mistake. If you would like to know more about this, you can read it here in Coventry Telegraph. Well, who you will think will be the ultimate villain this time? The Lizard or Carnage or others? |
