Ng Chun Seong, the Visual & Special Effects Wizard from Malaysia

I just read an interview with Ng Chun Seong, the visual and special effects wizard and master from Malaysia inside The Star Online. This 25 years old dude is now based in United States and has done a lot of special effects and those visual eye candy scenes in blockbuster and hit films from Hollywood. Among of the films are “The Incredible Hulk”, “X-Men Origins: Wolverine”, “Wanted”, “Alien Vs Predator: Requiem”, “Meet Dave”, “The Day The Earth Stood Still” and “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”. His latest work will be in the upcoming movies which are “2012” and “Avatar“. I think many graphic, movie makers and multimedia gurus in Malaysia feel very jealous wih him right now, rite? 
Ng Chun Seong was born in Kuala Lumpur and graduating from One Academy, one of the popular learning institutions for multimedia and graphics stuffs. Later, he get his Master at Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia, United States. Then he straight away search for a job at Hollywood. That’s a really hellish moment for him until he landed a job at Hydraulx. One thing that Ng Chun Seong said in that interview and I still remember is: “Without these qualities, it’s difficult to survive. There are only a few companies in Malaysia and so many schools. Not all the students will get a job in the industry. It’s kind of cruel to say that, but it’s the truth.” The qualities that he meant are to be extremely tough, extremely patient and extremely love their work. I believe it bro.
